Ok no this is FAR from my first attempt at Alfredo sauce.....but it is by far the BEST attempt at Alfredo sauce.
Two new things that I did in this?
1. Used a recipe on a can....and a can (thanks to the progreso recipe starters!)
2. Used corn starch to thicken it up. (First time ever using corn starch....I was a little worried my texture would suck....but I think I did it right! Leftovers will tell!)
This is far better than any other recipe...especially the one where I spilled all the pepper kernels...
