The diet started yesterday.
Stop before you judge me. After work yesterday I hobbled through costco in search of fruits and veggies. This is important for obvious reasons.
I got a couple boxes of apples (yes they have sugar but as it isn't refined we will deal)
And then i found a great idea online (ug Pinterest!) for dipping fruit....you take a 2:1 ratio of cream cheese and caramel ice cream topper (I had it on hand cause I lightly drizzle my coffee with it)
and the cream cheese was reduced fat....
I had two apples and was stingy on this dip so it isn't that bad...right?
Seriously though....delish! and I didn't measure the caramel just did a light drizzle and stirred it up.
Pinterest suggested graham cracker pie crust as well....no way i am going to the store just to get graham cracker crust for my apples!
