Garlic knots

My favorite Italian place (such amazing food!!!) has the most amazing garlic knots to add to their amazing menu. Slightly cheesy perfect texture...perfection.

This afternoon I made a nice batch of cinnamon rolls with my go to roll recipe, and I knew at the beginning I would have a little left. As I looked on the counter at my delicious soup and was thinking how nice something slightly crusty and garlicky would be...basically croutons but I decided to add some garlic butter and Parmesan to my dough recipe.

They came out a little sweeter than I wanted, this dough is naturally sweeter, I should have thought of that, but aren't they pretty?
