Cookie dough cupcakes

This is from April or so?

So I was asked to do some baking and organizing and for me this is an opportunity to get creative.  I started with eggless cookie dough (no food poisoning on my watch thank you!) and made this dough into small balls and popped it in the freezer.

Then I lined my cupcake tray (duh) threw some dough together and popped it into the oven and I really did end up with cookie dough in the middle and cake like cupcakes on the outside. Of course we had a million sweets....so this wasn't the idea that it seemed like sooo awesome to me wasn't as cool to other people.

But it is on the list...
