So I needed something interesting for dessert a while back to serve with my enchiladas. I did a little searching on Pinterest and then ran to the store to make masa harina.
The way my corn flour (I still have like 8 pounds of it left....it only came in a large bag ug) cooked was probably the most interesting part. You put the small pan inside of a larger pan that is filled with water and pop them both in the oven.
This was an adventure (I switched my pans around 20 times to make it work) but it was a pretty good one I guess? Haha
The recipe turned out well with the exception of my extra flour...recipe suggestions welcome.
